Marmorkitt 1000 Transparent Super - Liquid glue - Akemi

Champagne-coloured liquid acrylic glue for filling cracks in very porous surfaces in light marble and in travertine on horizontal surfaces.
Also recommended as an injection resin .
Surface dries quickly.

Features :

• Good penetration capacity in porous areas and cracks due to rapid wetting and very fluid consistency
• Fast, non-stick hardening (20 to 60 minutes)
• Very good polishing ability
• Very good adhesion on natural and artificial stones, or on alkaline materials (e.g. concrete, cast stone)
• Resistant to water, petrol and mineral oils

Use :

1. The bottom to be treated must be clean, completely dry and roughened.
2. The glue can be colored with AKEMI dyes for polyester up to 5%; A dilution of up to 8% is possible with AKEMI Dilution S.
3. Add 1-4 g of white hardener to a quantity of 100 g of glue (1 g corresponds to approximately 4-5 cm taken out of the tube).
4. Thoroughly mix the two components; the mixture is then ready to use for 4 – 16 minutes (at 20°C).
5. After 20-60 minutes the treated parts can be worked or transported.
6. Heat accelerates and cold slows hardening.
7. Work devices can be cleaned with AKEMI Nitro-Thinner.
