Black Foundations - Bituminous coating - Aquaplan

Universal coating based on bitumens , solvents and adhesive materials for sealing the exterior side of all buried materials in stone , concrete , wood and metal such as foundations, walls , plinths, stakes... in contact with the ground.

After drying, it forms a resistant, elastic, seamless and water-repellent coating that fills in all pores and micro-cracks.
The treated substrate is therefore effectively protected against the aggressive influences of groundwater (humus, saline solutions, diluted inorganic acids and alkalis).
Can be applied winter or summer.

Application :

For use on all types of buried substrates made of stone, concrete, wood and metal such as construction legs (e.g. garden sheds), convector wells, septic tanks, collection trays, sewer pipes, garden stakes , tanks and drains

Useful information:

• Store in tightly closed packaging, away from any source of heat.
• Mix well before use.
• Do not use if there is a risk of rain within 4 hours.

Manual :

1. Ensure that the surface to be treated is sound and free of loose particles.
2. Dust and degrease the support first. Mix BLACK FOUNDATIONS well before use.
3. Always apply min. 2 cross coats of undiluted BLACK FOUNDATIONS using a brush or roller at a rate of 0.3 L/m²/coat.
   You need about 0.3 L per m² per coat, depending on the substrate.
   On 2-layer cementing, on 3-layer masonry.
   For masonry it is recommended to apply a third coat.
4. Ensure each coat is protected from rain for min. 4 a.m.
5. Only then apply an additional layer after the previous layer has fully cured.
   This lasts about 24 hours.

• 4L and 20L.
