• BA - DF low and BA - DF high : The drain of standard balcony with one additional entry for the exhaust from an upper balcony. Templates for a casting finish (sequined) or has a tiled floor finish.

  The importance of an effective evacuation of the balconies :
  

  When it comes to apartments, hotels, nursing homes or similar buildings, we directly connect with balconies. During the construction of a balcony, it is essential to provide effective evacuation, because rain water and waste water that stagnate and infiltrate irreparably compromise the durability of the construction. In winter, the waters freeze, causing damage to the concrete structure. The betWe're peeling which puts steel frames exposed, rust, expands and weakens the strength of the wing in turn. In the first place, the cracks in the concrete and the infiltration of water inevitably cause disturbances to the lower floors and their tenants.   Extensive research shows that stainless steel (AISI 304) or stainless steel is the only material whereby the sealing membranes adhere perfectly and very long. The plastic is highly subject to expansion under the influence of temperature changes and might break out after some time. Aluminum oxidizes and will form a white corrosive layer that will provoke the detachment of the waterproofing membrane. This is the reason why COA has developed a range of gullies in stainless steel with wide frames of gluing, for a maximum membership of the waterproofing membrane, and this, for a number of specific applications.
