Sikaflex PRO-3 is a-component elastic sealant, curing humidity of the air, high mechanical resistance. Suitable for indoor and outdoor applications.

Consumption

Joints: The seal must be designed to adapt to the ability to the movement of PuTTY. In general, the width of the joint must be > 10 mm and < 35 mm. A report about 1: 0,8 width/depth must be maintained.

The < 10 mm joints are normally designed to compensate for the formation of cracks and are not the expansion joints. The width of the joint report: depth of the joint at the time of the application is important (value guide + 10ºC).

Joints must first be well calculated because changes are difficult to achieve at a later date. The basis for the necessary width of the seal are the features of PuTTY and other building materials, and load / exposure to temperature and the dimensions of the building.
