Stylish floor drain with tileable cover for natural stone.

For installation under the tap, there is now a special Bluestone floor drain for the extremely popular bluestone.
The synthetic material body is topped with a stainless steel extension with the same external dimensions as the successful stone of 20 cm by 20 cm. Thus, the latter integrates easily and aesthetically into the pattern of the joints.

Full access to empty a bucket.

• The integrated cover has a clear height of 2.5 cm and is tiled with a custom stone.
  Make sure that the stone and peripheral stones are at least 2 to 5 mm higher than the edges of the riser.
• The peripheral slot between the cover and the frame will then discreetly collect all rain and cleaning water.
  However, if you want full access to the siphon to empty a bucket, simply remove the lid. Convenient, isn't it?

Removable and cleanable water guard.

The floor drain, available with an adjustable vertical or horizontal outlet for connection to the sewer network, has a removable and cleanable water guard. The whole thing is fixed in the stabilized material which serves as a base for the blue stone.

Practical, because tailor-made.

The polystyrene foam determines the dimensions (17 x 17 cm) of the blue stone which is integrated into the cover to be tiled.

Raised:

• Stainless steel frame, AISI 304, 200 mm x 200 mm, which integrates easily and aesthetically into the pattern of the joints.
• Integrated tileable cover in stainless steel, AISI 304, 180 mm x 180 mm.
• 1.5 mm thick sheet metal. The frame and lid feature 3mm bent edges.
• The peripheral slot between the cover and the frame therefore measures 7 mm.
• The extension has a height of 64 mm, 11 mm of which is integrated into the body of the floor drain.
• The integrated cover has a free height of 25 mm and can be tiled with a custom stone.
• Clear opening measures 174mm x 174mm.
• The extension, frame and cover, combined with the bottom box/floor drain, comply with resistance class A 15 kN according to EN 124.

Floor drain body:

The body of the ACO Garden Bluestone is made of gray PP and has a removable anti-odor device with 50 mm water guard.

The body has an outlet:

• Vertical (90°), diameter of connection to the sewer pipe: ø 110 mm (DN 100). The evacuation capacity is 2.0 liters/second.

Or

• Horizontal (1.5°) with 2 possible connection diameters for connection to the sewer pipe: ø 75 mm (DN 70) and ø 110 mm (DN 100). The evacuation capacity is 1.8 liters/second.

The extension is placed completely waterproof on the body thanks to the seal integrated into the latter. The connection diameter between the extension and the body is 125 mm. As a result, the body is easily accessible and extremely easy to maintain. A single rotation movement is enough to open the water guard and have full access to the floor drain.

Facility :

The whole thing is fixed in the stabilized material which serves as a base for the blue stone.
The floor drain is connected vertically to a ø 110 mm sewer pipe (DN 100).

A dimensioned stone is fixed in the cover using an elastic mortar/grouting compound.
Make sure that the stone and peripheral stones are at least 2 to 5 mm higher than the edges of the extension to ensure ideal drainage of the surface.
The overall dimensions of 20 cm x 20 cm fit perfectly into the joint pattern.
