Soudagraphite FR is a graphite-based fire retardant sealant for passages, which acts as an acoustic insulator.

• The mass expands against the structure in the event of a fire, blocking the openings against materials that melt in the fire.
• Outdoor and indoor use.

Features :

• Fire classification for passages in plaster, masonry and concrete walls.
• Does not require pre-treatment on most construction surfaces.
• Good sound insulation properties (joint ≥ 25 mm, 53 dB) Maximum permissible distortion: 12.5 % Expands approx. 25-30 times.
• Suitable for plastic pipes and cables up to 110 mm in diameter.
• Excellent grip and adhesion.
• Fast drying.
• Easy to use and implement, easy removal of residues on surfaces.
• Does not contain halogens.
• ETA approval.

Applications:

• Outdoor and indoor use.
• For outdoor use, take into account the drying times before exposure to bad weather.
• Plastic pipes, max. 160mm
• Cables: single, bundles or cable trays.
• For sealing floors, walls and ceilings.
• Can be used with concrete, metals, plasterboard, plastics, plastered surfaces, fire rated panels and ceramics.
