SikaSeal-623 Fire is an intumescent , fire- resistant, graphite-based sealant for sealing fire- retardant insulated penetrations inside a building.
SikaSeal-623 Fire is designed to provide a large volume of expansion and seal under pressure during a fire to combustible pipes that pass through an opening in the floor or wall.

Application domain

Application

1. The support must be clean, dry, sound and homogeneous, free of oil, grease, dust and loose or loose parts.
2. SikaSeal-623 Fire adheres without primers and/or activators.
