Polish S0 Fast cut & medium gloss - Polishing paste - Vosschemie Soloplast

Polish S0 is a very effective polishing paste for gelcoats and industrial polyester lacquers and polyurethane lacquers that do not contain silicones.
Contains a fine grain which also eliminates fine scratches after sanding with P800.

Applications:

• As universal polishing paste for polyester, epoxy and polyurethane.
• Thanks to its composition, the development of heat is avoided during work.

Treatment :

1. It is best to apply this abrasive paste with a polishing pad or lamb's wool and a polisher.
2. Start with a speed of 800-1000 rpm until the dough changes color and texture.
3. Slowly increase the speed to a maximum of 1800 rpm and apply additional pressure to the surface.
4. Doesn't stick or splatter.
5. Can also be applied manually.
6. Processing temperature: 15 - 25°C
7. For an even higher level of gloss, you can finish the surface with SL S1 One Step Cut and High Gloss.
8. Then treat the surface with SL S5 Quick Wax or SL S4 Protective Wax for long-lasting protection.

Tip : When waxing the surface hull, it is recommended to cover the waterline with a wide tape.
Indeed, wax can affect the adhesion of new layers of antifouling.
