Epoxy filler universal - Finishing putty - Vosschemie Soloplast

Epoxy filler universal is a 2-component epoxy filler for filling imperfections and holes in polyester, epoxy or wood, above and below the waterline of the boat.

Applications:

• To coat, among others, boats or moldings.
• Fast curing, non-shrinking and easily sandable finishing putty.
• Has excellent adhesion to wood, metal, GRP, aluminum, PU foam and other plastic surfaces.
• Tint:

Treatment :

1. Mix the two components in a 2:1 volume ratio or a 100:44 weight ratio.
2. Condition of the pot: about 40 min at 20°C and a temp. from 10°C.
   Dry after 15 hours at 20°C and fully cured after 7 days.
3. Apply with a spatula on a surface that is as dry as possible and free of dust and rust, in a maximum layer thickness of 10 mm.
4. Each additional layer can be 10% thicker than the underlying layer.
   Processing temperature: 15-20°C.
5. It is best to sand afterwards with P80-P120 for general adhesion and with P120-P240 for a fine finish.
6. Use the Lightprimer for a more thorough finish.

Note : Do not add more hardness than indicated.

Security :

• Always wear appropriate protective clothing and gloves.
• Avoid prolonged contact with skin.
• Tool cleaner: M cleaner (ecological substitute for acetone.)

Conditioning :

• 750g, 7.5kg.
