TopTek SS 2.0 tile lids are mainly used in both indoor and outdoor applications of buildings, but have a more public, non-residential character, where odor and runoff sealing is a must and a high resistance class requires. The use of a double seal set in the frame profile helps to meet these requirements.

They are robust and are certified for the C 250 kN resistance class in accordance with the European EN 124 standard.

TopTek SS 2.0 (Stainless Steel) lids are made of stainless steel, quality 1.4301 (AISI 304). They are bitten by immersion and passedived. The thickness of the frame and lid material is at least 2 mm.

In order to achieve the highest resistance class, the lid is stamped and fitted with an adapted preformed lattice frame.

Different foldable anchor legs allow for proper anchoring in the peripheral lining. In addition, several spreaders are provided with the product. During installation, they hold the frame and lid at equidistance. A double seal set in the frame ensures that odours and runoff are watertight. The lid is screwed to each corner using 4 stainless steel bolts and is therefore securely secured. Practical, the 2-in-1 lifting and manoeuvring keys allow, on the one hand, to screw or unscrew the bolts and, on the other hand, to lift or replace the lid. The bevelled edges and lifting keys with extension rod provide a simple lid to lift. Over the years, the look is always easy to open and the ease of use is guaranteed!

The square corner profiles ensure a perfect connection with the tiles and an aesthetic finish. Synthetic hoods prevent dirt from getting into the notches with six sides of the bolts. They offer aesthetic added value.
