Conditions
The sheets and duvets as well as all the linen are provided for 7 people and 1 baby.

The rental conditions will be validated by the signing of a booking contract.
LENGTH OF RENTAL
The rental is granted from 15:00 (3:00 PM) and the premises must be returned by 10am am.
LOYER AND CHARGES - ARRHES - SOLDE
Rent The amount of rent is fixed according to the period and duration Charges Water, gas, electricity and heating are included.
Miscellaneous - Non-compri householdS.
The premises will have to be made clean and the dishes cleaned. Failing that, an amount of 100 Euros will be withheld on the deposit.
Drapes and linenare are provided. They will have to be returned after the rental. Failing that, an amount of 50 Euros will be withheld on the deposit.
Arrhes The taker agrees to pay, as a reservation, an amount representing 30% of the rental price, with a minimum of 50 Euros.

Balance
The balance must be paid before the premises are made available.
If the tenant does not pay the balance upon arrival, the landlord will again dispose of the premises without having to pay back the amount of the deposit paid. Monthly rentals must be paid for the day before the 1st of the rental month.
OBLIGATIONS OF THE RENTER
- occupancy of the premises by a maximum number of 8 people or by the one agreed at the time of the rental.
- pets are tolerated only as long as they will not create any neighbourhood disturbances, dirt damage.
- bourgeois occupation of the premises, the practice of any profession being forbidden, the taker acknowledging that the premises subject to this contract are rented only as temporary residence and pleasure.
- no subletting unless the landlord agrees.
- insure on request for long-term rental (by means of a "resort" extension of the multi-risk dwelling of its main residence) against rental risks, theft, fire, water damage, recourse of neighbors and having furniture insured leased.
- in case of late arrival or departure outside the hours of availability specified herein, the tenant is obliged to inform the owner. The reception service is not required to receive the tenant outside these hours unless there is a prior agreement.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE OWNER
- to provide the tenant with the unit in good condition of use and repairs as well as the equipment mentioned in the description in good working order.
- to ensure the tenant's peaceful enjoyment of the dwelling and, without prejudice to the provisions of Article XXXX of the Civil Code, to guarantee him defects or defects likely to obstruct it.
- maintain the premises in a condition to be used for the intended use and make all necessary repairs other than rental
CONDITIONS OF ANNULATION OR NO PRESENTATION
- Any cancellation must be notified by registered mail
- If the contract is declared within 60 days before the start of the tenancy, the deposit will be returned in full to the tenant.
- If the contract is denounced within 30 days before the start of the tenancy, the deposit will be returned in full to the tenant only if the furnished can be re-rented for the same price and the same period.
- If the contract is declared less than 30 days before the start of the tenancy, the deposit will be kept by the owner as a dedit.
- In the event of non-presentation on the fixed day of entry to the premises, the owner will be able to dispose of the premises again without having to pay back the amount of the deposit paid.
GUARANTEE DEPOSIT
- The tenant will have to pay the landlord before the day of the taking possession of the premises a sum of 500 euros minimum or representing 50% of the amount of the rental, as a deposit of security to answer for damage that could be caused to the objects filling the rented premises
- If the amount of losses exceeds the security deposit the tenant agrees to settle the damage after the exit inventory.
- The owner agrees to justify the amount of the damage.
- The refund of the security deposit will be made at the start /or in case of dispute within a maximum of 30 days from the return of the keys, deducted, if applicable, from the amounts owed by the tenant for expenses or repairs.
HOME AND HANDOVER OF KEYS
- By the owners or their delegate from 15:00 (unless different agreement between the parties) after handing over the amount of the stay and signing the state of the premises.
STATE OF PLAY
- A conflicting state of affairs and an inventory will be drawn up at the tenant's entrance and will be the subject of a score at the end of the tenancy.
- Any claims must be made within 24 hours of taking possession.
RESOLUTE CLAUSE
- Failing to pay a single term of rent at maturity, charges, or in case of non-performance of one of the clauses of the contract the lease will be terminated immediately and as of right, if any, to the landlord and without judicial formality.
