Support

  1. The application will always be carried out on a raw, clean, healthy surface, free of dust, traces of oil and loose particles and which has sufficient lift.
  2. Absorbent and irregular surfaces will first be moistened or treated.
    Suitable substrates are brick masonry, building blocks, concrete surfaces, poured concrete, plaster-based, insulation boards, lightweight building boards and prefabricated walls.

Application

Coating

  1. PANOCOL is prepared with 18% to 20% water, i.e. ± 4.5 L to 5.0 L water per 25 kg bag depending on the desired consistency.
    Per 25 kg bag, pour the necessary quantity of water into a tank and slowly and evenly add the dry coating.
  2. Mix everything intensively with a slow mixer for 5 minutes until you obtain a homogeneous mass without lumps.
    Let the coating sit for 2 minutes and then mix thoroughly again.
  3. Apply the prepared mortar to the support either manually with a plaster.
  4. Distribute and level PANOCOL with a leveling ruler or a straight slat until the desired thickness.
  5. To glue decorative elements the plaster is combed with a glue comb.
  6. For exterior applications we recommend also applying glue to the back of the element to be glued and then applying with a small rotating movement in the still fresh coating to obtain 100% gluing. .

Consumption :

± 1.5 kg/mm/m2 powder

Mix ratio:

± 4.50 L to 5.00 L of water per 25 kg bag (± 18% to 20% water)

Usage time:

2 hours
