Sikaflex -TS Plus is a one-component sealant designed to seal steel tanks constructed in sections such as enameled steel or stainless steel tanks .

Application areas

Sikaflex TS Plus can only be used by professionals.
Sikaflex TS Plus is designed to seal steel tanks built in section, and made of enameled steel or stainless steel.
Sikaflex TS Plus is slurry resistant and suitable for sealing domestic wastewater systems.

Application

1. Sikaflex TS Plus is ready to use.
2. After careful preparation of the support, insert the backing material to the required depth and, if necessary, apply the primer.
3. Insert the bag into the gun and apply Sikaflex TS Plus evenly into the joint.
4. Take care to ensure complete contact with the sides of the joint and to avoid the inclusion of air.
5. When smoothing, Sikaflex TS Plus must be tight against the sides of the joint to ensure good adhesion.
6. Apply masking tape if clean lines are required.
7. Remove the tape before the putty forms a skin.
8. Smooth the putty with a compatible smoothing solution (e.g. Sika Smoothing Solution N).
9. Do not use products containing solvents!
