Sika FastFix-1 TP is a fast- curing , one-component hydraulic mortar .

Application

  1. Spread Sika FastFix-1 TP with a trowel or notched float to a thickness of approximately 5 to 10 mm (in order to obtain a final thickness of 3 mm).
  2. Position the elements to be glued onto the mortar.
  3. Adjust using a rubber mallet and a ruler.
  4. Immediately remove any excess glue protruding from the road element.
  5. After 1 hour at 20°C, fill the joints between the elements with Sika FastFix-1 TP.
  6. Use freshly mixed mortar.

Consumption

It depends on the roughness of the substrate as well as the thickness of the layer applied: 2.2 kg/m²/mm of thickness (i.e. 1.9 kg of powder + 0.3 litre of water).
