SikaCeram-240 Rapid - Deformable mortar - Sika

The SikaCeram® - 240 Rapid is a mortar-adhesive-component powder quick for tiling, ceramic, composed of cement to high-strength, a high-grade polymer, specific additives and selected quartz sand. It is suitable for gluing of tiles in porcelain stoneware, recovery on existing floor, pools and for heating floors and excessive load.

Areas of application:

• Installation of all types of ceramic tiles and porcelain stoneware of great size.
• Installation of marble and natural stone, as long as these materials are not sensitive to water.
• Application inside and outside, on floors and walls.
• Recovery tiles existing inside, without primer.
• Put on heating floors (hydraulic system).
• Equalization in a layer of 5 mm.
• Suitable for applications to load, such as: swimming pools, soil subjected to high stress, facades and industrial.
• Collage by points of polystyrene insulation boards, foam polyurethane, mineral wool or glass wool.

Mixed with the SikaCeram® T-latex (to get a classification C2FT S2), it can be used for:

• Collection of ceramic tiles and porcelain of existing sandstone, outdoors.
• Ask facades with floor tiles of more than 2100 cm².
• Put on heating floors (electrical systems).
