Prepared mortar - Blicq LINE ECO

Prepared mortar is a homogeneous mixture composed of cement , sand and adjuvant for filling , masonry joints , sealing of bricks or concrete blocks .

This mortar can be used both indoors and outdoors .

Features :

• Drying before loading: minimum 24 hours depending on atmospheric conditions.
• Particle size: 0-180 µm.
• Grey color.
• Application time of the mixture: +/- 3h30 depending on the ambient temperature and humidity.
• Dosage: +/- 3.5 liters of water for a 25 kg bag.
• Consumption: i.e. 25 kg for approximately 12 l of mortar.

Information:

1. The temperature must be between +5°C and +30°C.
2. Clean tools with water after use.
3. To avoid drying too quickly or if the work is exposed to direct sunlight, cover the surface with the mortar.
4. Do not apply the mortar on thawing or frozen substrates.
5. Do not apply on overheated substrates.
6. Do not apply on plaster-based substrates.

Implementation :

Substrate preparations:

• The support must be clean, dust free, degreased.
• If it is absorbent or dry, moisten it first.

Mixing and preparation:

• Pour the ready-to-use mortar into a cement mixer, wheelbarrow or bin.
• Gradually add water.
• Mix until a homogeneous mortar is obtained.

The mortar should be neither too dry nor too wet.

Conservation :

12 months in the original bag, tightly closed, stored dry and protected from humidity.
