Aluminium ribbed access hatch XFORCE - Alutrap PAD Renforcé - Rosco

Lightweight access hatches with a 30/30/3 mm aluminum frame and reinforced 5/7 mm ribbed sheet metal.

• Hatches measuring less than 60 x 60 cm are reinforced with 1 reinforcement.
• The 60 x 60 cm and 70 x 70 cm hatches are reinforced with 2 reinforcements.
• Hatches measuring 80 x 80 cm and more are reinforced with 3 reinforcements.

Application :

In the context of an application where the upper part of the pit must be closed by a cover which must also be able to be easily removed for access to the ventilated vacuum, to the evacuation pipes, to the collectors, etc.

The reinforcements of this access hatch do not increase its resistance. They simply allow the sheet metal to remain straight and not bend or sag over time and passage.

Reinforced access hatches: the solution for covering pits subject to water distribution regulations (article 20.3).

• Thickness 5/7 : regular pedestrian crossing.

Composition :

The frame is a 30/30/3 mm aluminum angle (AL-MG-SI 0.5).
Mitered corners are reinforced with galvanized steel supports.
These are fixed by screws to the bottom and sides of the angle in order to obtain an assembly which does not deform.

Anchoring in the support is carried out via galvanized steel fasteners screwed into the horizontal flat of the angle.
The cover is made up of a reinforced sheet of anti-slip striated aluminum with a thickness of 5/7 which is supported on its perimeter by a quadrangular aluminum profile (22 x 22 x 2mm).
The reinforced ribbed sheet has a bolt in the center which allows the cover to be easily removed.
